Once your package has shipped, you will receive your tracking code by email, which you can use to track your package.

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. If the delivery time is longer than you expected, we recommend that you first check the tracking code to see if your package's delivery has been delayed.

If you still cannot find the location of your package, please contact our customer service. They can help you track your order.

The powerful magnet can safely hold up to 5.6 kg* (approximately 12 lbs), keeping your belongings secure whether you're at the gym, at work, or traveling.

For best results:

• Ensure a clean, flat metal surface.
• Maximize the contact between the magnet and the surface.
• Avoid uneven or dirty surfaces.

* Irregularities, dirt, or limited contact may reduce holding power. For best results, use the bag on a clean, flat metal surface with full magnetic contact.

Our magnets have a special coating that protects your items. Most modern smartphones and payment cards are resistant to magnetic signal interference. While older cards with magnetic strips may be affected, most now use chip or tap-to-pay technology, which is resistant to magnets.

This bag is designed for a variety of water bottle sizes and fits most bottles from 300 to 1800 ml (approximately 10 to 60 oz) with a maximum diameter of up to 10 cm (approximately 4 inches). Whether you use a small sports bottle or a larger water bottle, you can easily attach it in the designated compartment.

The front pocket has a minimum interior width of 8.5 cm (approximately 3.3 inches), making it suitable for large phones such as the iPhone 16 Pro Max and the Galaxy S23 Ultra. All other pockets are even larger, so you can choose which pocket is most convenient for you.

We offer a 1-year warranty on our products. In addition, we allow returns within 30 days of receipt.

No problem! You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. Of course, you may open the package and check the contents, but please ensure that the products you return are unused and complete with original packaging & labels.

Return Conditions:

• You have 30 days to report your return via our return portal.
• The product must be in its original condition, including packaging.
• If the packaging is missing or damaged, we may charge additional fees.
• The product must not have been used.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• The refund will be processed within approximately 10 business days after receiving the return.

Please note: We are not liable for missing packages if you choose uninsured shipping.

Returning in 3 steps

1. Register your return: Use our return portal. Enter your order number and email address to register your return.
2. Package the product carefully: Pack the product well, preferably in its original packaging, to prevent damage during transport.
3. Send your return: Drop off your package at a service point and use the shipping label you receive after registering the return. You pay for shipping costs through our return portal, where you also have the option to insure your shipment.

The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, you can return it free of charge. Please contact our customer service so they can offer you a way to return it for free. In the case of a damaged item, please send an email with photos of the item to: customerservice@magneticbottlebag.com

If your bag gets dirty, hand wash it. Clean it with a damp cloth and then let it dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.

Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to serious injury or even death. By purchasing this product, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and that of others, including animals and property that may come into contact with these magnets. It is crucial to handle neodymium magnets correctly to avoid potential risks.

Never remove the magnets from the bag and keep the magnetic parts away from pacemakers, medical implants, electronic devices, and credit cards.

If the magnets should unexpectedly come out of the bag, please observe the following warnings:

• Handle carefully to prevent injury.
• Magnets are extremely strong; avoid direct contact.
• Wear eye protection; magnets can shatter upon impact.
• Do not modify or edit; magnet dust is flammable.
• Do not swallow or insert into the body; seek immediate medical attention if this happens.
• Avoid exposure to high temperatures (>79°C / 175°F).
• Minors (<16 years): use only under supervision.
• Keep out of reach of children; choking hazard.
