Actievoorwaarden M2C Winactie – Premium Magnetic Bottle Bag (NL)
1. Organisator. Deze actie wordt georganiseerd door M2Commerce, handelend onder de naam M2C, gevestigd aan C. Evertsenstraat 67 1215LK Hilversum, ingeschreven bij de KvK onder nummer 91846897 (hierna: “M2C”).
2. Looptijd. De actie loopt van 28 september 2026 00:00 uur tot en met 18 oktober 2026 23:59 uur (Nederlandse tijd). Inzendingen buiten deze periode tellen niet mee.
3. Deelname. Deelname is gratis en zonder aankoopverplichting. Je doet mee door het deelnameformulier in de advertentie van M2C op Facebook of Instagram volledig in te vullen. Iedere persoon kan één keer meedoen; dubbele inzendingen tellen als één.
4. Wie mag meedoen. De actie staat open voor inwoners van Nederland en België. Deelnemers jonger dan 18 jaar hebben toestemming van een ouder of wettelijk vertegenwoordiger nodig. Medewerkers van M2C en direct betrokkenen bij de actie zijn uitgesloten.
5. Prijzen. Er worden 3 M2C Premium Magnetic Bottle Bags verloot, met een consumentenwaarde van € 49,95 per stuk. De prijs is niet inwisselbaar voor geld of een ander product en niet overdraagbaar.
6. Winnaarsbepaling. De winnaars worden op 26 oktober 2026 willekeurig getrokken uit alle geldige inzendingen, onafhankelijk van inschrijving op de nieuwsbrief. De uitslag is bindend; over de uitslag wordt niet gecorrespondeerd.
7. Bekendmaking en uitreiking. Winnaars ontvangen binnen 7 dagen na de trekking bericht per e-mail. De prijs wordt kosteloos verzonden naar een adres in Nederland of België. Reageert een winnaar niet binnen 14 dagen, dan vervalt de prijs en wordt een nieuwe winnaar getrokken. M2C maakt de winnaars bekend via Instagram en/of Facebook met voor- en achternaam. Met toestemming van de winnaar tagt M2C daarbij diens Instagram- of Facebook-account. De winnaar kan bezwaar maken tegen publicatie van de achternaam; M2C vermeldt dan alleen de voornaam.
8. Kansspelbelasting. Eventuele kansspelbelasting komt voor rekening van M2C.
9. Persoonsgegevens. M2C gebruikt je naam en e-mailadres voor de uitvoering van deze actie (deelname, trekking, contact met winnaars). Je kunt daarnaast via een apart selectievakje kiezen voor de M2C-nieuwsbrief; als dank ontvang je dan een kortingscode van [%]. Inschrijving op de nieuwsbrief is geen voorwaarde om mee te doen en heeft geen invloed op je winkans. Heb je je niet ingeschreven, dan verwijdert M2C je gegevens uiterlijk 3 maanden na afloop van de actie. Heb je je wel ingeschreven, dan bewaart M2C je naam en e-mailadres voor de nieuwsbrief tot je je afmeldt; dat kan altijd met één klik onderaan elke mail. 10. Meta. Deze actie wordt op geen enkele wijze gesponsord, ondersteund of beheerd door Meta, Facebook of Instagram, en is daar niet mee geassocieerd. Deelnemers vrijwaren Meta van iedere aansprakelijkheid. Vragen over de actie stel je aan M2C, niet aan Meta.
11. Aansprakelijkheid. M2C is niet aansprakelijk voor technische storingen, onjuist ingevulde gegevens of schade die voortvloeit uit deelname of het gebruik van de prijs, behalve bij opzet of grove schuld.
12. Uitsluiting. M2C mag deelnemers uitsluiten bij fraude, misbruik of handelen in strijd met deze voorwaarden.
13. Wijzigingen. M2C mag deze voorwaarden of de actie wijzigen of beëindigen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden, zonder dat deelnemers benadeeld worden. Wijzigingen worden op deze pagina gepubliceerd.
14. Gedragscode. Op deze actie is de Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen van toepassing. De actie valt onder Nederlands recht.

Terms and Conditions M2C Giveaway – Premium Magnetic Bottle Bag
1. Organiser. This giveaway is organised by M2Commerce, trading as M2C, located at C. Evertsenstraat 67, 1215LK Hilversum, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91846897 (hereinafter: “M2C”).
2. Duration. The giveaway runs from 28 September 2026 at 00:00 until 18 October 2026 at 23:59 (Dutch time). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
3. Entry. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You enter by fully completing the entry form in M2C’s advertisement on Facebook or Instagram. Each person may enter once; duplicate entries count as one.
4. Eligibility. The giveaway is open to residents of the Netherlands and Belgium. Participants under the age of 18 require permission from a parent or legal guardian. Employees of M2C and anyone directly involved in the giveaway are excluded.
5. Prizes. 3 M2C Premium Magnetic Bottle Bags will be given away, each with a retail value of € 49.95. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product and is non-transferable.
6. Winner selection. The winners will be drawn at random on 26 October 2026 from all valid entries, regardless of newsletter subscription. The result is final; no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
7. Announcement and delivery. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. The prize will be shipped free of charge to an address in the Netherlands or Belgium. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. M2C will announce the winners on Instagram and/or Facebook by first and last name. With the winner’s permission, M2C will tag their Instagram or Facebook account. The winner may object to publication of their last name, in which case M2C will mention their first name only.
8. Gaming tax. Any Dutch gaming tax (kansspelbelasting) will be borne by M2C.
9. Personal data. M2C uses your name and email address to run this giveaway (entry, draw, contacting winners). In addition, you can opt in to the M2C newsletter via a separate checkbox; as a thank-you, you will receive a [%] discount code. Subscribing to the newsletter is not a condition of entry and does not affect your chance of winning. If you do not subscribe, M2C will delete your data no later than 3 months after the giveaway ends. If you do subscribe, M2C will keep your name and email address for the newsletter until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time with one click at the bottom of every email. 10. Meta. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Participants release Meta from any and all liability. Questions about the giveaway should be directed to M2C, not to Meta.
11. Liability. M2C is not liable for technical failures, incorrectly entered details, or any damage arising from participation or from use of the prize, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
12. Exclusion. M2C may exclude participants in the event of fraud, abuse or any conduct in breach of these terms.
13. Changes. M2C may amend these terms or modify or end the giveaway in unforeseen circumstances, without disadvantaging participants. Any changes will be published on this page.
14. Code of conduct. This giveaway is subject to the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen). The giveaway is governed by Dutch law.
